It's daalicious
We decided to immerse it in a thick tomato-coconut sauce with fragrant herbs: coriander and curry leaves, cumin, and turmeric. Rounded with a clove of garlic and a dash of jaggery, unrefined sugar made from sugar cane juice using traditional methods. The result? An exquisite freeze-dried vegan version of the Indian classic.
Shelf life: up to 2 years from the date of manufacture. Store tightly closed to keep out moisture.
